Gem Limousine was amazing! I rented their sprinter for my birthday and it was on time and very clean. We made it on time to our destinations (wineries) and had so much fun. Carl was our driver and was such a great guy! He waited right out front when we needed him and never gave me a hard time if some girls were running a little late back to the bus. We’re also a rowdy group of girls and he didn’t complain once (sorry Carl! Haha). Overall, this company offered me everything I needed and more and for a great value. We had the most wonderful day touring the wineries of Niagara with GEM Limousine service. Our driver, Greg was not only friendly but went above and beyond. He was there for us all day, offering ways to make our visits more enjoyable and was so helpful with my mother who had limited mobility. He was always there helping her in and out of the limo and made her feel like it was typical service. I would definitely recommend this service to others and would ask for Greg every time. Gem is the best! I was planning a very time sensitive event and the driver was able to navigate around a 2 hour traffic delay to make sure our event went off as planned. Very professional and courteous driver and the staff were super friendly. Great pricing and extremely clean vehicles. I will definitely use Gem Limousines again and highly recommend this service .
