Your driver today, Dave, was just lovely to speak with, so professional. The guys were a few minutes late coming down so I went out to let him know and had to comment on how clean the cars always are when they come to get our guests. I just wanted to email and thank-you guys for great service this past Saturday and Sunday. Domenic was a great driver and even though our pick-up was a bit behind schedule due to weather, he still kept a positive attitude and got us to Niagara Falls in good time. We did get caught in the rain…a lot. It started just as we were doing pictures after the wedding. Then stopped. Then, started again just as the kids were over at Village Square taking more pictures. Getting into the Polish Hall was a challenge for everyone because it was POURING at that point….so we had people with umbrellas going back and forth!! Luckily everyone, including my daughter, took it in stride…so it was more of a funny story than a wedding ruin-er. Part of what made the day a lot more special was Jim….everybody loved him. He not only made everyone feel welcome, he also kept a brave face through the rain. Jim was also more than helpful all day. When we had stuff to load in and out of the vehicle, he was always there to pitch in. VERY much appreciated. Thanks so much for all your help.
