Sales Associate/CSR

As a Customer Service Sales Associate with our growing luxury ground transportation company, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients planning unforgettable events like weddings, wine tours, and corporate events. Your role is to provide exceptional service, listen to their needs, and tailor our services to exceed their expectations. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Is able to commit to a high level of focus and concentration throughout shifts
  • Effectively answer all calls, emails and messages in a timely fashion
  • Ensures proper verbiage is used when answering the phones and emails
  • Uses proper sales scripts to describe and sell wedding services, wine/craft beer tours, special event transportation, and various corporate services
  • Meet or exceed established sales and quality goals
  • Organizes rates, package and tour information for quick reference for customers
  • Responds quickly to customer requests or complaints in a friendly manner an appropriate action is taken. Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be up to date on all vehicle offerings, specials, rates and packages
  • Quotes rates and enters detailed and accurate reservations into reservation software
  • Make sublet arrangements for overflow work
  • Processes payments in accordance with deposit/cancellation policies
  • Sends out receipts after trips are finalized
  • Reviews all on-line reservations before accepting and confirming
  • Confirms by phone with all clients prior to service
  • Coordinates tour bookings, where required
  • Monitors social media groups for business leads
  • Responds to online reviews in a timely manner
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities consistent with the position as required

Education:

  • High School graduate
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree an asset

Qualifications:

  • Proven consultative sales skills
  • Hospitality tourism experience would be a plus.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email by utilizing active listening
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates a pleasant, courteous, efficient, and professional telephone manner
  • Tech savvy with exceptional computers and web skills
  • Comfortable with Google Workplace applications
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast paced and often changing environment
  • Self-motivated and uses sound judgement when interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Enthusiastic, positive, friendly attitude
  • Reliable and flexible

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
