These Terms & Conditions govern bookings and travel services provided by Gem Limousine Service (“Gem Limousine”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
All reservations made online, by phone, email, or through our office require payment in full or the applicable deposit at the time of booking to secure services.
Passengers are responsible for reviewing their confirmation invoice carefully and ensuring that all names, dates, pickup details, and travel information are accurate. Names provided for travel requiring government-issued identification must match the passenger’s identification documents exactly.
Gem Limousine accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, E-transfer, or certified cheque. Regardless of payment method, a valid credit card is required to have on file so secure the reservation. Certain payment methods may be subject to processing fees.
Reservations are confirmed only once payment and any required signed agreements have been received.
Certain services, packages, group charters, sporting event packages, weddings, and custom itineraries may require a non-refundable deposit and/or scheduled final payment.
Failure to make payment by the stated due date may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking, all payments are non-refundable once a reservation has been confirmed.
Certain tours, sporting event packages, event transportation services, theatre packages, and custom charters involve prepaid tickets, venue commitments, staffing, and supplier obligations that prevent refunds once booked.
Name substitutions may be permitted on select services with advance approval from Gem Limousine, subject to supplier restrictions and applicable fees.
No-shows, late arrivals, unused services, or early departures are non-refundable.
For any travel outside Canada, Gem Limousine strongly recommends the purchase of emergency medical and trip interruption insurance.
Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel insurance coverage for their needs.
Passengers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation, including passports, visas, vaccination documentation, and any other entry requirements applicable to their destination.
Gem Limousine is not responsible for denied border entry, missed departures, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
Non-Canadian citizens should consult the appropriate consulate or government authority regarding travel requirements.
Passengers agree to comply with all applicable public health measures, venue rules, border requirements, and safety regulations in effect at the time of travel.
Gem Limousine reserves the right to refuse transportation to any passenger displaying signs of illness, intoxication, unsafe behaviour, or conduct deemed disruptive to the safety or comfort of others.
While reasonable precautions are taken to maintain a safe environment, passengers acknowledge that travel and participation in public activities may involve inherent risks. Gem Limousine shall not be liable for illness, injury, or interruption resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles where operationally necessary, including for safety, maintenance, weather, passenger comfort, or unforeseen circumstances.
Passengers requiring assistance must notify our office at the time of booking.
Passengers requiring personal assistance during travel must be accompanied by a capable travelling companion able to assist them throughout the trip.
The ability to accommodate, walkers and folding wheel chairs depends on vehicle type and itinerary. Advance arrangements are required.
Portable oxygen is permitted only in approved portable containers and must be safely secured during transport.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of cannabis products are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
In the province of Ontario, it is against the law to have open alcohol in any motorized vehicle including limousines and buses. The fines are $250 per person for open alcohol. You are financially liable for any fines/charges incurred by yourself, your guests, the chauffeur and the company.
Coolers, excessive personal items, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are prohibited onboard all vehicles.
Passengers whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, or disruptive may be refused transportation without refund.
For packaged tours or services where gratuities are included, this will be noted in your booking documentation.
For services where gratuities are not included, gratuities for chauffeurs, drivers, guides, and staff are appreciated and may be added at the passenger’s discretion or as outlined in the booking agreement.
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Gem Limousine reserves the right to adjust pricing due to fuel increases, currency fluctuations, supplier surcharges, government-imposed fees, or unforeseen operational costs prior to final payment.
Published prices, itineraries, and inclusions are subject to change without notice.
Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our website, advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and promotional materials, errors or omissions may occur.
Gem Limousine reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, itinerary, or promotional errors at any time.
Gem Limousine respects your privacy and protects personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management, travel arrangements, payment processing, customer service, safety, and communication purposes.
We do not sell or distribute customer information to third parties except where required to fulfill travel services, comply with legal obligations, or process payments.
By making a reservation or requesting information from Gem Limousine, you consent to receiving booking-related communications and occasional promotional updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Gem Limousine shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, schedule changes, or failure to provide services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such cases, refunds, credits, or substitutions shall be at the sole discretion of Gem Limousine and subject to supplier policies.
Gem Limousine acts solely as an organizer and provider of transportation and related travel services. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, or failures of third-party suppliers, venues, hotels, restaurants, attractions, airlines, sporting organizations, or event operators.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Gem Limousine for the affected service.
Gem Limousine reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger before or during travel if their conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, illegal, or detrimental to the experience of other passengers or staff.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Payment toward any reservation, acceptance of travel documents, or participation in any service provided by Gem Limousine constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
