Overall a great experience. There were a couple communication glitches (I would have liked a better verification and confirmation system) but once underway Gem outperformed my expectations. Our driver, Dave, was outstanding, our Mercedes Sprinter was luxurious, out private tastings and dinner were superb. I left choice of the wineries and restaurant to Gem and their selections–based on my budget and time frame–were far superior to what I could have chosen. We had a marvelous time. Gem delivered great value with more services at a price much lower than other tours. I highly recommend this company.
